T's & C's
GENERAL
These Terms and conditions (T&C's) incorporate, and should be read together with, any airline & hotel T&C's or regulations and codes of conduct.
Party in the Caribbean (hereafter referred to as PINC) reserve the right to change or amend any events, schedules, artists, performers within the dates of PINC.
Only pre approved vendors may trade at PINC events with PINC's prior consent.
PINC does not permit any merchandise, clothing or branding including any logos that are not PINC related without prior permission. If found PINC reserve the right to confiscate.
PINC will not allow the use of unauthorised professional recording equipment at any PINC events.
You give your express consent to your actual and simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time by PINC. This includes filming by the police or security staff which may be carried out for the security of customers and/or the prevention of crime.
Only passes and tickets purchased from Party in the Caribbean LTD and it's listed retailers and promoters will be valid.
Passes are transferable but may incur a admin fee. Please contact Party in the Caribbean LTD directly.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refunds will only be given if there are causes outside of Party in the Caribbean's control to warrant cancellation of the whole event for example due to forces beyond PINCs control -force majeure, act of government, riots, natural disasters or inclement weather.
Any refunds issued will be minus the cost of any flight, accommodation and deposit fee.
You will not receive any refunds for booking fees incurred.
PINC reserves all rights to cancel or postpone or change the events, locations, artist lineup, times, and dates without prior notice.
AGE POLICY
Party in the Caribbean LTD is strictly an over 18's holiday experience. ID will be required.
PINC PASSES, PACKAGES & TICKETS
Only the above purchased from PINC or it's listed retailers are valid.
On arrival to your destination you must present your relevant receipts to exchange for a wristband that will be valid for the duration of the week.
Once you receive your wristband, this will then become non transferrable.
For individual events you must present your ticket on entry to all PINC events. in full, with stubs and not tampered with.
PINC will not issue duplicates for lost or stolen tickets or wristbands so please ensure care is taken as ticket holder is responsible for their own tickets & wristbands.
Some event tickets are transferable but may incur a small admin fee, please contact a PINC team member directly to discuss.
DRINKS POLICY
Complimentary drinks from our PINC drinks menu are available at the following events : WELCOME COCKTAILS, PINC POOL PARTY, BEACH BONFIRE, & BOAT PARTY. You can purchase additional drinks at all events, excursions and bars. Outside drinks are not permitted at any of our venues and may be confiscated if found.
ACCOMMODATION & FLIGHT
You are responsible for respecting and abiding by the the rules and regulations set by the relevant accommodation and flight which are separately entirely from PINC.
You may be asked to leave a credit card for any costs incurred by yourself at check in at the hotel.
PINC are not responsible for your flight and are not an agent. We assist with booking, however your flight is a direct deal with the relevant airline. We have agreed ATOL protection as part of a group booking, however PINC are not responsible in any way for any losses incurred by disruption from the airline, airline schedules, delays or cancellations.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have ALL the correct visas, documentation and valid passport needed to travel to the country that PINC are hosting events in.
SAFETY & SECURITY
You must purchase adequate travel insurance before travelling to any of our destination for PINC to cover yourself for the duration.
PINC enforce a strict behaviour policy and reserves the right to evict a customer without refund, and/or refuse admission if this is breached.
You may be body/bag searched at the entrances, on the site or when leaving
Any items, reasonably considered for use as a weapon, which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person, will be confiscated and handed to the relevant authorities..
Any person carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity will be given to the relevant authorities. Such persons will be refused further entry to all PINC events and their pass will be terminated. They may also be asked to leave the hotel. PINC and it's partners will not be responsible for any cost incurred as a result.
Any behaviour deemed out of line by PINC staff including anti-social behaviour, becoming dangerously intoxicated, intimidating or threatening, may lead to removal and the termination of your PINC pass/package. Please act and drink responsibly.
You will be responsible for any costs for damages incurred by your negligence at any PINC hotels or Venues.
It is your responsibility to look after your own safety at all times during the PINC week.
DAMAGE/LOSSES
PINC does not accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including confiscated items) or injuries sustained at this event other than caused as a result of our negligence.
Ticket Agents may not make a refund if you fail to follows the instructions provided within the timeframes notified in their terms and conditions.
COVID-19
PINC will not ask you for your private medical information, however, travel to St.Lucia requires you to be up to date with their current rules and regulations which you can find here. Please ensure you read and understand are fully compliant with any of their requirements before attending PINC. PINC will not take responsibility if you do not adhere to St.Lucian protocols.
